Yes, the 7% transaction fee is the default rate, but it can be adjusted based on your agreement with Every27. Contact our sales team at business@every27.com to discuss custom rates for your organization.
No minimum. Whether you have 1 employee or 1,000, you pay the same rate of ₦1,500 per employee per month.
If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover both access fees and salaries, the access fees will be deducted but salaries won't be processed. You'll need to fund your wallet and contact support at support@every27.com for manual processing.
